    我々は3軸加速度計の特性に着目し、更衣動作の経時的運動特性としての姿勢制御を測定することを試みている。今回、更衣動作において上部体幹と下部体幹に貼付した3軸加速度計から身体的特徴を検出し、評価指標として有用であるかを検討した。対象者は、安定した座面と片麻痺を想定した不安定座面にて、同一手順で更衣動作を実施した結果、一連の更衣動作における体幹の立ち直り反応の出現と、更衣動作の健常パターンと片麻痺想定のパターンの違いが検出できた。以上より、更衣動作における身体動作戦略の違いを検出することが可能であり、体幹姿勢制御のパターンも推察でき、体幹機能の側面からみた更衣動作評価は有用であることが示された。(著者抄録)

  • Associated Movements of the Little Finger during the Precision Grip with the Thumb and Index Finger

    We studied the relationship between the coordinated precision grip force of the thumb and index finger and the positions and associated movements of the little finger. Subjects (n = 10) pinched the pinch-meter and followed the target wave, which was made by a triangular wave and two horizontal waves. When following the target wave (TW) with precision grip, subjects preformed two tasks: changing the little finger positions to neutral, flexion and extension (Task-1) and performing flexed and extended movements (Task-2). The errors between TW and the following wave resulting from precision grip with the thumb and index finger were recorded. We found that the change of the little finger position and joint movements influenced the coordinated precision grip force. Furthermore, we found a relationship between the plus or minus directions of error, and the direction of the little finger's joint movements and little finger positions. This study indicates that the little finger position influences coordinated precision grip force, but showed no involvement between the thumb and the index finger.

  • つまみ動作における力の調整の特性―加圧・減圧調整の精度と指間距離の関連―

    対象物の把握や操作に不可欠である経時的な力の調整の特性を明らかにすることを目的に、つまみ動作中に経時的に変化する標的に応じて力を調整する課題を施行し、標的との誤差からつまみ力調整精度を標的の変化の特徴と併せて検討した。対象は健常成人女性10名で利き手の最大つまみ力と標的に合わせる力の調整課題を指間距離8mm、53mm、93mmの3条件で実施した。最大つまみ力と調整誤差において指間距離間で有意差は認められなかったものの、最大つまみ力は指間距離が増大するに伴い増加する傾向を示した。また、力の調整課題では誤差総和から指間距離53mmで誤差が小さく、減圧期で誤差が小さくなる傾向を示した。標的を8分割し誤差総和を比較した結果、標的の加速度の減速が調整に影響を与える一つであることが示唆された。また誤差のばらつきの経時的変化から減圧から加圧の変化前後の微調整で最も大きく調整困難であることが推察された。(著者抄録)

  • 対象物把握時の手指接触位置の決定因子

    対象物を自然に把握した際の接触位置に影響を与える要因を明らかにすることを目的に、把握接触位置と対象物の重さ、手長との関連を検討するため2つの実験を実施した。対象は健常成人男女延べ13名で、把握対象物を全指で精密把握した。接触位置の記録のため末節指腹部にインクを付け把持接触面を記録し、母指を原点として各指の接触位置を座標計算した。手長は手関節部〜第III指尖の距離、第II指橈側〜第V指尺側MP関節間距離を測定した。実験1では、重量負荷のない状態での接触位置の確認と、接触位置の再現性から測定回数を決定し、実験2では、把持対象物に3種類の負荷を加えて測定した。個人内で重量による座標の誤差を検討した結果、重量の変化により中指・環指に接触位置の変化を認めた(p<0.05)。また、MP関節間距離86-90mmの対象者群で誤差が最も小さく、対象と手長の関係、重量負荷に対応して接触位置が変化する傾向が示唆された。(著者抄録)

    本研究は、手指巧緻性(静的・動的)の定量評価を開発することを目的とした研究であり、巧緻性の要因とされ、日常生活動作で必要不可欠な手指力の調整能力 を定量的に評価する手法を開発することと、既存の手指巧緻性評価との関連を明らかにする。さらには高齢者や中枢神経障害・整形疾患患者を想定し、表在感 覚・深部感覚と手指巧緻性の関連を明らかにする。令和元年(2019年度)では、定量測定機器の開発、令和2年度(2020年度)では健常成人を対象とし、既存の 机上手指巧緻性評価との関連を明らかにし、力の調整評価の有用性、信頼性と妥当性を検討する。最終年度には表在感覚・深部感覚と、手指巧緻性の関連を明確 にし、手指巧緻性と感覚との関連を解明することとした。 2019年度に開発した定量測定器について、静的手指巧緻性の評価に使用するスタティックジョイントの追加開発と、動的手指巧緻性の評価で用いる、バネを内蔵したつまみ測定ジョイントの強度の微調整を2020年度に実施したが、COVID-19の影響もあり健常成人を対象とした実験成果を挙げるまでには至らなかった。
