    座面の前傾および前方移動機構が健常成人におけるリーチ動作時の運動学的特徴に与える影響について二次元動作解析と筋電図から検討を行った.運動学的指標として,前方リーチ課題を行った際の角度変化量と筋活動を使用し,筋活動はリーチ課題の全体,前半と後半に分割し算出した.座面が後傾した後傾固定条件,前傾かつ前方移動する可動条件とした結果,体幹前傾角度と上部体幹回旋角度は可動条件の変化量が有意に小さく,リーチの前半では左外腹斜筋が,後半では左脊柱起立筋の活動が可動条件で有意に小さかった.前傾および前方移動する座面は,健常成人の身体運動を補助し,体幹の移動距離と筋力が少なくリーチ動作を行えることに寄与する可能性が示された.(著者抄録)

    我々が行っている眼球・頭部協調運動は様々な動作に関与していると考えられている.本研究では,日常生活動作評価の新たな観点として眼球・頭部協調運動を利用することの有用性を検討するため,食事動作と移乗動作における眼球・頭部協調運動の特性を明らかにすることを目的とし,動作中の眼球・頭部協調運動の測定を行った.その結果,食事動作のような静的な動作と姿勢変換を伴う移乗動作のような動的な動作で眼球・頭部協調運動の特性が異なっていることが明らかとなった.(著者抄録)

    運動障害児・者の中には、適切な乗馬姿勢をとることがむずかしく、乗馬療法の効果を十分に受けられない対象が多く存在する。乗馬療法の効果を広げていくためには、多くの対象者に適応できる乗馬療法用補装具の開発が望まれると考える。本研究では、乗馬療法用補装具の開発にむけた基礎的な研究として、日常的に乗馬療法を実施している脳性麻痺児・者に対して頸部や体幹を保持する補装具を作製し、その効果を二次元動作解析によって運動学的に明らかにすることを目的とした。2名の対象者にそれぞれ姿勢保持用のベストと手すりを作製し、動作解析を実施した。その結果、不随意運動の抑制や抗重力姿勢の獲得による乗馬姿勢の向上が即時的に確認され、この効果は半年後も継続していた。今後、より長期的な変化を明らかにすること、多くの対象者に乗馬療法用補装具を適応させることが課題と考えている。(著者抄録)

    In horse-riding therapy for people with disabilities, both effects of improving physical function and mental psychological healing are shown.In this research, as basic research towards the development of an orthosis for horse-riding therapy based on universal design, we prepared a simple prosthetic device to hold the neck and trunk to the subject, and the effect was clarified from motion analysis. For the subjects, we produced braces that suppress the involuntary movements of the neck and trunk, and handrails that encourage extension of the trunk. As a result of continued use of these for one year, a kinematic analysis was obtained that both cases approached the horse riding posture of healthy adults. This is the result of obtaining the effect of a simple prosthetic device that promotes posture maintenance, and continued use was desired.

    We investigated the clumsiness of children with developmental disorder from their operations of a scissor and a compass. We analyzed the relationship among the kinematic characteristics of fingers identified by utilizing 3-axis and 2-axis pressure sensors, the results of motion analysis, and intellectual characteristics measured by neuropsychological tests. The subjects who showed low muscle tone and reduced coordination of fingers could not put properly directed pressure on the loop of the scissor and also excessive motions were observed at their shoulders and forearms. However, the subjects whose clumsiness was associated with immaturity of visual space perception did not express the characteristics. Excessive pressures on the top of the desk and to the horizontal direction were observed for all subjects when they used the compass. We developed a self-help device with which the subject could control the pressure on the loop of the scissor. We confirmed the effect with two subjects.
